1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Jivan Asaan Android Mobile Application from the Google Play Store, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the application.
2. Platform & Service Model
Jivan Asaan operates as a tech-enabled platform connecting customers seeking home maintenance, electrical, AC servicing, plumbing, and lifestyle services with independent, background-verified service professionals and partners.
- Provider Assignment: Service requests are dispatched to independent technicians based on spatial Haversine distance calculations and skill categorization.
- Service Guarantee: All completed doorstep services include our 30-day Jivan Asaan Happiness Guarantee. If any installation or repair exhibits defects within 30 days of service completion, a re-visit will be arranged free of charge.
3. Booking, Cancellation & Doorstep Verification
- 4-Digit Doorstep Security OTP: Each booking generates a unique 4-digit security code (`OTP-XXXX`). The customer must share this OTP with the technician only after inspecting the finished work.
- Cancellations: Bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot. Late cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a nominal fee to compensate the provider.
4. Payments & Billing
Services can be paid via Cash on Service (COD) or online payment methods supported by Razorpay. Prices displayed at checkout represent initial service inspection and labor estimates; additional material refills are billed transparently upon user approval.
5. User Account & Data Rights
Users must provide accurate registration details. Users retain the right to terminate their account and request complete data removal at any time via the Account Deletion Page.
